Ingredients:*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp *Crushed Red Pepper, 1 serving Basil, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .24 cup *Barilla Whole grain Penne Pasta (1 cup cooked/2oz dry), 3 serving Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup
Directions
Cook pasta, drain
while pasta cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, onion garlic, and shrimp, saute' for 5 minutes. Add aregono, pepper, and tomatoes cook until thoroughly heated. Stirr in pasta, sprinkle with cheese
