2 cups Basmati rice4 cups chicken broth1/2 cup light butter1/2 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese1 cup peas1/2 cup chopped onions
Directions
1. cook rice in chicken broth with onions and peas
2. add butter and parmesan cheese
3. mix and serve

about 8 1/2 cup servings
