4 strawberries1/4 cup other berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)1/4 cup sliced peaches1/4 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)1 6 oz container of light yogurt (I like yoplait's thick and creamy light)3/4 cup skim milk1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast French Vanilla3 tsp. Benefiber fiber supplement
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. I use a Hamilton Beach handheld blender with a whipping attachment to add the benefiber and instant breakfast, and whip up the yogurt to a very creamy texture.
Makes one large meal serving or two breakfast servings when eating something else. Nutrition info is for 2 servings.
