Ingredients
31 oz Ground Turkey1 Egg1 gratted Carrot2 Garlic cloves2 grinds black Pepper, black8 Unsalted Saltine Crackers1/2 tbsp Dry Parsley3 chopped Scallions
Directions
1. Grate carrot, mince garlic, chop green onion, and crush crackers.
2. Combine everything and shape into 6 paties.
3. Grill
