Ingredients
6 tortilas (I use wheat)3 regular size cans tuna (in water)2 cans of sweet peasLow fat shredded cheese (about a cup but can change to suite your tasteLight Butter (just enough to smear on tortilas
Directions
Makes 6 tortillas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl combine drained tuna, drained peas, and shredded cheese

Rub light butter on both sides of 6 wheat tortillas then place in baking pan (its ok if they overlap some but just make one layer covering bottom of pan)

Next spread tuna mixture evenly over tortillas

Cook 20 minutes then roll them up and serve! Incredible amount of protein per serving without the fat!
