1cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup water1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Use more or less water, depending on how thick you want your smoothie. Makes two 1 1/2 cup servings.
