healthier turkey burger

Ingredients
dice mushrooms and saute in Worcestershire sauce and sesame oil (if desired), add a drop of water if they start to dry up. Cook .5 cup quinoa. Grind up 2 cups of the cereal with a food processor then add to a mixing bowl. Grind up the mushrooms after they are cooked then add the quinoa to grind up some more. Mix all the ingredients. I pressed them into "quarter pound" patties with a hamburger press. Cook through well.

makes 9 "quarter pounder" servings.
