Ingredients
1 c milk3/4 c. flourpinch of salt3 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 tsp sugar
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into hot pan and flip when appear dry on top.
Our family likes to eat these:
with applesauce inside
with strawberries inside
with scrambled eggs, a bit of cream cheese, fresh mushrooms and fresh spinach inside.

You can add a bit of frozen orange juice to the recipe to give them a subtle orange flavor if eating plain
