Ingredients
Japanese Kewpie Mayonase, 1 tbsp White Rice, long grain, 1 cup Shrimp, cooked, 100 grams Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, 1 tsp (To taste)!Sesame Seeds, .5 tbsp (a sprinkle)Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
This is quick and delightful way to pick up your diet or should I say spice up your diet.
In a bowl place your cooked shrimp put in your Japanese Kewpie Mayonase and add the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce - be advised it is extremely spicy - try a little you can always add more. Mix up and place in mircrowave for about 1 1/2 minutes add scallions to mixture and mix pour over bed of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The can be a great snack, or addition to any meal.
