Ingredients
Directions
1 cup raw sunflower seeds kernels1 cup raw Brazil nuts, shelled1 cup raw almonds1 large tomato, roughly chopped1 red bell pepper, remove seeds and roughly chop1 tsp cumin2 tsp salt1 Tbsp taco seasoning, reduced sodium1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder
Process all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a S-blade. Spread onto Teflex lined dehydrator trays, about 1/8-inch thick. Dehydrate at 140 degrees for 2 hours. Score into bite sized squares using a pizza cutter. Some people even like to make a little hole in the center just like the real crackers. Reduce temp to 105 degrees and continue to dehydrate until top is dry. Flip onto mesh lining and remove teflex sheets. Continue to dehydrate until dried and crispy. Total dehydrating time is about 24 hours but depends on your climate. Store in airtight bags. Will last for months if kept in a cool, dark place.
