Sweet & Sour Meatloaf

meatloaf:16 oz ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1 large egg1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1/4 cup tomato sauce1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper glaze:3/4 cup tomato sauce1 Tbsp chopped onion3 tsp Splenda brown sugar1 Tbsp white vinegar1 tsp dry mustard
For meatloaf:
Combine all listed ingredients in bowl, stiring lightly( or two clean hands work better). Shape into loaf on a baking dish.
For glaze:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes. The loaf may be basted once or twice during baking, but isn't necessary.
