Ingredients
1 med banana1 cup strawberries, sliced (I used frozen)1/2 cup of skim milk1/2 cup of 1 % yogurt1 cup of fresh spinach10 drops of liquid stevia
Directions
-Throw all ingredients into the blender. Pulse until thoroughly smooth and creamy.

Serves 1 big breakfast (about 2 1/2 cups)
