Pork Stir-Fry with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth, low-sodium1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup ketchup2 tbsp rice wine vinegar1 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium2 tsp sesame oil4 tsp flour2 tsp garlic, minced3 boneless pork chops, center cut, fat trimmed (about 1 lb), cut into strips1 tsp canola oil1 1/2 cups broccoli florets1 large red pepper, cut into strips1/2 large green pepper, cut into strips1/2 cup green onion, chopped (about 4)
Directions
In a medium bowl combine broth, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, flour and garlic. Mix and set aside.
In a nonstick frypan or wok add canola oil. Cook pork strips over high heat about 3-5 minutes, until just cooked and browned. Remove pork from pan and set aside.
Add broccoli and peppers to pan. Stir-fry about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir sauce and add to vegetables. Add cooked pork back into pan. Stir and cook 3-5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Add green onion during last minute of cooking.
Serve over rice.
