Tsatiki Sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup Yogurt1 Medium Cucumber2 T Dill weed2 cloves Garlic1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black pepper
Directions
Peel and chop cucumber, put on paper towel to blot water off. Meanwhile peel garlic, juice 1/2 lemon. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend, put into jar and let sit for 24 hours before using. Great on pitas, dolmas, etc. Makes 8 1/4 cup servings.
