Homemade Pumpkin Seed Granola

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats.25 cup olive oil.25 cup maple syrup.75 cup honey1 cup sunflower seeds (not salted)1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup flax seed
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until well coated. Spread onto baking sheet(s) and bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring the granola every 15 minutes. The granola should be fragrant and slightly browned. It will get crunchy as it cools.

This yields 28 servings (1/4 cup each).
