Beef-Tomato Stew with Black Beans, rice & lentils

Ingredients
1 lb. lean beef stew, thawed & cubed1 c. water16 oz. Tomato sauce (no salt added)1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (no salt added)1 19. oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 c. grated carrots (had on hand but you can dice or slice)1 c. frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed1/4 cup red or green lentils1/4 c. brown rice1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 medium onion, chopped1 t. Mrs. Dash1/2 t. minced garlic1/4 t. ground peppercouple dashes worcestershire sauce (approx. 1/4 t.)
Directions
In 3 qt. slow cooker add all ingredients. Make sure beef cubes are thawed. Stir.
Set on high, cook 6-8 hours.
