chewy granola bars (no flour, no sugar)

Ingredients
2 cups quick cooking oats1/2 C. chopped walnuts1/4 C. dried cranberries1/4 C. dried prunesmake prune puree from 8 oz pitted prunes/6T water, in a blender.2 T extra virgin olive oilcooking spray, for coating pan.
Directions
preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients and spread in a 6 x 6 pan that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray (like pam). Pat down to about 1/4" thick, bake for 20-25 min. When cool, cut into 6 bars and wrap in waxed paper.
