Quorn lasagne

Ingredients
1tbsp vegetable oil1 medium onion250g quorn mince200g lasagne1 pint white sauce (Delia traditionally made white sauce)1 jar tomato sauce (dolmio in my case)
Directions
- preheat oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6
-Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and quorn and fry until soft
- add the tomato sauce (remember to use a bit of water to get the left over sauce out) and simmer for 5 minuets
- arrange the layers of filling, lasagne and white sauce (go filling, sauce,lasagne,filling, sauce, lasagne then sauce on top to finish)
- bake for 25 minuets until the topping is golden brown and cooked through ( a good test is to poke a knife in it and if it goes all the way through the lasagne then its done)
-serve with salad
