Low Fat Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves4 Cloves Garlic1/4 Cup Skim Ricotta Cheese3 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Ounce Parmesan Cheese1/4 tsp Sea Salt1/4 tsp Fresh Gound Pepper
Directions
Place basil leaves and garlic in a food processor and process together (a blender on chop will also work). Add the Ricotta and olive oil through the tube and puree. If the pesto is too thick, warm water can be added to thin out. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve with your favorite pasta. Serves 8.
