Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla for one

Ingredients
2 oz. cooked, shredded, skinless chicken breast1 tbsp. Chobani Greek plain, nonfat yogurt1 tbsp. Publix organic mild/medium salsa (or hotter variety)1/4 cup 2% shredded, sharp cheddar cheese1 La Banderita soft taco tortilla, low carb/low fat
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Shred cooked chicken.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, salsa, cheese and chicken.
Add tortilla to heated skillet and spoon in chicken mixture on 1/2 the tortilla. Fold tortilla in half.
Cook on both sides until browned.

May serve with additional yogurt and salsa, but those are not included in the nutritional info.

Makes 1 quesadilla.
