* Oat Bran, 1 cup (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Powdered Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove) * *Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 6 oz (remove) * Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 8 oz (remove) * Brown Sugar, .50 cup, packed (remove) * Smuckers Natural Peanutbutter Creamy, 6 tbsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, 170 gram(s) (remove) * Canned Pumpkin, 180 grams (remove)
Mix it together dry ingredients first than the moist and add the moist to the dry. Add to whatever size pan you like. I use a 11 X 14 lined with parchment paper . Bake at 350 for 20 to 35 minutes or until the center reaches 205 degrees.
I tried the Vanilla Whey and it was good too maybe even better.
