Bulgur with mushrooms

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Bulgur, dry, 0.4 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 0.1 tbsp (remove)Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Directions
chop vegetables and fry in butter with bulgur for 5 minutes. Add stock, cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Eat.
