Grilled Salmon with Rosemary

Ingredients
1 lb pink salmon2 tsp olive oil2 tsp fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp saltpinch fresh black pepper2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves chopped2 cloves garlic
Directions
Cut fish into 4 equal sized portions
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl
brush mixture onto fish
Grill: by placing fish on grill rack or basket or by placing on tin foil. Grill over medium hot heat until fish flakes easily. Allow 4-minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness. If fish is more than 1 inch thick turn half way through grilling
