Lemon Kale chips

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350. Clean and dry kale. I used one bunch, so I guessed its about 1.5 cups! :) Chop kate into 1/2 inch pieces. With hands massage oil, lemon juice and salt into kale. Place kale on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes until kale is dark green and crispy. Mine were done in 12 minutes. Cool and serve. I bet these would be good on top of a potatoe or on a salad.
