Spinach Salad

Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (remove)Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)Bacon, .25 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)*Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp (remove)*Good Value Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)*Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 2 serving (remove)
Put bags of Spinach in large bowl, add bacon, onion, and hard boiled eggs(sliced).
Mix oil, ketchup, red wine vinegar, worchester sauce, and sugar( I put in a mason jar and put lid on it and shake really good).
Pour dressing over spinach, eggs, bacon and onions. Toss gently and serve. Great on a hot summer day!
Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
