Udon Noodles with Cabbage and Onion

Ingredients
12 oz udon noodles1C chopped cabbage1 C choppwd onion2t chopped garlic1T olive oil1T sesame oilpepper to taste1t shoyu
Directions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain. While noodles are cooking, stir fry cabbage, onions, and garlic in olive oil. When crisp tender add sesame oil, noodles, salt and pepper and shoyu. Toss noodles with other ingredients over medium heat just until they begin to brown slightly. Serve. Serves 4.
