Ground Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese3 eggs2 cups tomato sauce1.5 cups whole wheat seasoned breadcrumbs1 cup grated carrots1 cup grated onion6 tbls grated Locatelli romano, grated
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except grated Locatelli and 1 cup of the tomato sauce; form into loaf in baking pan.
Top with 1 cup tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Bake for 2 hours.
Slice into 16 servings.
