Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 ripe mango, chopped1/4 cup finely diced red onion2 Tbsp. lime juice2 Tbsp. rice/white vinegar1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Can be mixed in a food processor for a smoother salsa. Excellent sauce for fish and seafood.
