Spanish Rice (DEFINITELY THE BEST)

Ingredients
1 c Brown Rice (cooked)1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 - 15 oz)1 large onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1 lb of bacon cooked crispy3 T bacon grease
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Cook bacon till crispy, pat grease from bacon & break into bite size pieces. Reserve bacon grease. Chop onion & green pepper. Saute onion & green pepper in bacon grease or olive oil (2 T). Add rest of ingredients & stir to combine & cook over low heat (be sure to rinse tomato cans with a little water & pour in). Season with salt & pepper.
