* Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.125 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove) * Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 227 grams (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove) * Banana, fresh, 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove) * Maple Syrup, 0.25 cup (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove) * *Splenda, 48 tsp (remove) * Whey protein powder 3 oz * Pecans, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove) * Raisins, 0.5 cup (not packed) (remove)
Pre heat oven to 375. Line 2 loaf pans with parchment. Combine yogurt or sour cream, egg whites, cream cheese, vanilla, bananas, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. In another bowl combine the dry ingedients except the nuts and raisins. Add the wet and mix until combined. Add raisins and nuts and blend to combine. Divide into two loaf pans and bake 40-45 minutes. Cool and serve
