Breakfast Berry Spread

Ingredients
2 Tbsp of Fat Free Fruit Preserves or Spread2 Tbsp of water5 fresh strawberries1 Tbsp of sugar free pancake syrup
Directions
Chop up strawberries. Place in bowl and cover with water, microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until soft.
Drain excess water and mash up with fruit preseves. Add sugar free pancake syrup, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
