Chicken Caccitore

Ingredients
8 Chicken thighs skinless1.5 C of Spaghetti Sauce1 Cup of chopped tomato tidbits1 tsp oregano1 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp olive oil2 cloves Garlic1c chopped green pepper1c chopped red pepper1 medium onion choppedcrushed red peppers (optional)4 cups Homemade spiral pasta *from Market
Directions
Brown each chicken thigh and add to baking dish

Chop all vegetables and saute in 1 tsp of olive oil until tender
transfer into the baking dish

Add 1 jar of tomato sauce, and 1 can of tomato tidbits to vegetables

season with 1 tsp salt and pepper, add spices and mix
add chicken to sauce and bake in oven for 1 hr

serve over cooked pasta
