Carol's Protein Shake

Ingredients
3.5 c Vanilla Pudding mix (just add water type)3 c Protein Powder1.5 c cocoa
Directions
Sift all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Blend 3/4 c. ice (crushed or small cubes) and 1/2 c. water in the blender until finely crushed. Add 1/3 c. powder and blend til smooth. Enjoy!

Makes 24 1/3-cup servings of mix.

Can add banana or peanut butter for flavor--just remember to add in the nurtional info as well!
