This recipe is so good! I make it into bread. 4 times the recipe gives you 1 loaf. Very nice moist gluten free bread. Love it! Have made it many times. Thanks for posting the recipe!!!!!! It stays nice and moist and keeps in fridge quite awhile! - 6/8/12

This is SO GOOD! Especially with the onion powder and caraway seeds. I have re-posted this sodium-free so I could get accurate daily numbers. It's the same name with Salt Free added at the end. (It's also doubled, since that's the way I bake it.) Of course KRAVMAGAGIRL is credited. Thank you! - 2/3/11

I loved it and it was a major hit with my kids. I added garlic powder with the onion. Wonderful! It has been hard to find a recipe that fits all my families allergies and still tastes good. This was perfect, moist and tasty thank you for a great bread. - 2/10/11

I have to admit that I was skeptical about the way the buns would turn out, and I am delighted to have been wrong. These look very thin, but you can easily slice them into two pieces. They are delicious and hold together really well. My carb loving husband loves them as much as I do. - 8/9/13

Delicious recipe! I think it would make a better 3 or 4 pieces than 6 as buns.
I like to make them in muffin tins and add a tad more stevia for a delicious snack with my afternoon coffee. - 12/1/12

Tasty, quick and easy. I baked them in a waffle weave pan that is supposed to be for making cookies for ice cream sandwiches. It made 12 perfect little pieces, enough for 6 sandwiches without needing to slice!

I cut the salt to 1/4 teaspoon based on other comments and will cut to 1/8 next time. - 9/3/12

These are great bread alternatives! I think the muffin tin is too small- small ramekins work better. It makes 3 bigger rolls instead of 6 small one. - 7/15/18

Love it except it does have a strong egg taste to it. I will make again with 2 eggs and more liquids. - 5/23/15
