4th of July Smoothie

Ingredients
2 containers of lowfat strawberry yogurt1c frozen strawberries1/2 c frozen blueberries1c skim milk4oz apple juice (I used a juice box)2 or 3 icecubes
Directions
Put all the stuff in a blender and blend. Add a couple of ice cubes to thicken if desired and blend. Pour into three glasses and serve with a straw.
