Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients
Whole wheat spaghetti 6 oz.Ground turkey 8 oz.Mushrooms, sliced 1/2 poundonions 1 cup choppedChicken broth 11/4 cupFat Free sour cream 6 tbspCheddar cheese 4 Tbsp shredded
Directions
Cook spaghetti. Pre heat oven 375. Use a 1 quart casserole dish.

In a skillet brown onions, with ground turkey. Add mushrooms cook down. Add 2 teas. fresh sage salt and pepper. Then add 11/2 tBSp of flour. Stir until flour is absorbed. Add broth and stir until mixture thickens. Mix with the cooked spaghetti. Add the cheese on topor mix in.

Bake for 20-30 minutes. Let set 5 minutes.
