Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups chopped cabbage1 lb ground beef1/4 cup onion1/4 cup red pepper1-700ml bottle Spinach and Cheese Paste Sauce1/2 cup water2 cups brown rice, cooked
Directions
Spray large casserole with cooking spray. Chop up cabbage finely and put in bottom of casserole dish. Brown ground beef, onion and red pepper in fry pan. Drain off any fat. Spread beef and cooked rice over grated cabbage. Pour pasta sauce and water over top. Cover and bake at 325F for 1.5 hours.
