Lightened Cold Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
6 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti1 T. sesame oil3 T. smooth peanut butter1 T. fresh ginger, chopped, crushed red or hot pepper to taste3 T. hot water, combine/stir1 clove garlic chopped2 T. soy sauce1 T. wine vinegarOptional sliced green onion tops and/or toasted sesame seeds (about 1 T).
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as directed.
2. Combine all other ingredients except garnish and mix until PB is dissolved.
3. Add sauce to drained pasta and toss til fully coated.
4. Sprinkle with seeds and/or green onions.
