Chili Rubbed Salmon

Ingredients
4 oz. salmon filet1/2 tsp. brown sugar3/4 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. cuminpinch of salt1/2 Tbsp. EVOO
Directions
Mix together spices and oil. Rub into salmon filet just before grilling or pan-frying. Cook until opaque and easily flaked with a fork. Makes 1 filet.
