Crustless Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained 1.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chopped Garlic, 2 tsp Fresh Chopped Basil, 2 tbsp Bacon, 3 medium slices, chopped Egg, fresh, 5 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 slices, thin/small Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Directions
Take onions, garlic, basil and bacon and sauté until the bacon edges are crispy. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the tomatoes, until well blended. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into it, then place the tomato slices on top to garnish. Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes or until center is no longer 'wet'.
