Ingredients
Directions
1 medium banana, sliced into 4-5 chunks & frozen overnight2 tbsp Nesquick original powder with 25% less sugar1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 16 oz.
To keep your frozen bananas always at the ready, buy a large bunch, wait until they are just ripe (no spots), then pre-cut them and store in snack-size Ziploc bags. Place the Ziplock bags for several bananas inside a larger freezer bag and freeze. Freezing the banana keeps your smoothie cold without adding ice and watering it down.
