Kristine's Asian Turkey Meatloaf

rice crackerslean ground turkey green onionshoisin saucered bell peppercanned water chestnutslow-sodium soy saucegrated fresh ginger (or use jarred kind)garlic cloves, minced (or jarred kind)egg whitessesame seeds
Preheat oven to 375°. Place crackers in a food processor or blender; process until finely chopped. Combine all ingredients except hoisin sauce in a large bowl.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and place mixture in pan and smooth out. Or, shape into 4 large burgers and place on broiler rack. Spread hoisin over top of loaf or burgers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink.
