Miss Linda's Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
1 stick of butter1 can of cream of chicken soup, (10.75 oz)2 cups sour cream, reduced fat (16 oz)2 cups grated chedder cheese1 bag Ore Ida Hash Browns southern style potatoes (32 oz)1/2 an onions chopped (optional)Salt and Pepper to tastecrushed chips ( about half of a 10.5 oz. bag)
Directions
Mix ingredients, place in GREASED 9x13 pan. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake 350° for 1 hr. makes roughy (6) 1 cup servings unless you really like them or you want them to go around!
