3/4 c. Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP)1.5 c. Flour2 Eggs1/2 bell peppers.25 c. scallions.5 c. edamame1 Tbsp. sesame oil2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Rehydrate TVP in water or broth for 15 mins, drain. Put in large bowl. Mix in veggies. Beat eggs until foamy. Add eggs and wet ingredients to TVP. Stir in flour. Form into 8 2.5" diameter patties. Spray pan lightly with non-stick cooking oil and cook for 3 mins on each side, or until golden brown. Makes 8 2.5" patties.
