Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups oats1/2 cup sugar1 cup milk1/2 cup butter2 eggs1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Grease a baking pan (I use a 9x9)
3. Combine all ingredients together
4. Spread onto prepared baking pan
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
6. Immediately spoon into a bowl and top with milk (if desired)
