This is just what I was looking for in a fresh salsa. I made it last week and it was gone in days, so today I made it again. My husband is not fond of cilantro, says it tastes like soap, so I substituted parsley. Today as an experiment, I used basil. It didn't seem to make much difference. - 9/16/12

I'm not real familiar with cilantro but have heard of it. It sounds tasty and spicy both of which I like. - 4/21/10
