Garlic, 3 tsp Lemon Juice, .5 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Rosemary, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Marjoram, dried, .5 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp Birds Eye Pepper Stir-Fry, 2 cupsSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cupsChicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Place all ingredients in a crockpot on low for 6 hours. serve over brown rice. ( I usually use the frozen chick and veggies and I do not defrost either one before putting in the crockpot)
