Power Bars

Fat Free Crunchy Peanut ButterHoneyGound Flax SeedFlake type cereal, crushedProtein Powder
This recipes makes approximately 24 bars:
Crush cereal flakes, grind flax seed. (I use my favorite chocolcate protein powder so it is like a reeces peanut butter cup, choclate & peanut butte rmix, also I buy a soy protein flake type cereal to give it some soy). You can use whatever types of these you prefer. Mix all ingredients together, you will need to almost knead it with your hands. Once all blended together form into bars.
Refrigerate. These can be frozen as well.
