Perdue Ground Chicken Patty, 4 oz., 4 serving (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2.5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 20 tbsp (remove)
1. Set Chicken, Corn and Sour Cream off to the side.
2. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
4. Add Chicken and Corn and cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Top with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy.
