Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef2 cups corn flakes, crushed1 egg1/2 cup milk1 tbsp onion flakes1/4 cup flour1 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper can of cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Mix ground beef, crushed corn flakes, egg, milk, and onion flakes until combined well. Form into patties, and dregde in flour. Heat oil in skillet, and brown the patties. Put the patties in a 13X9 cassarole dish, and sprink with salt and pepper. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the patties, along with 1/2 can of water. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. This recipe makes 10 servings. I serve it over rice. I also like this dish with steamed green beans. The rice is not included in the calorie break down of this recipe.
